In managing tasks, Kestrel is both efficient and effective. There should be no further need to rely on memory or finding scraps of paper. All enquiries that are being dealt with by a travel adviser will appear on their desktop. From there, they can click on the enquiry and follow up as necessary.

Tip: travel advisers are offered a drop down box when they mark enquiries as 'dead'. This has options such as 'too expensive' or 'booked direct', producing valuable management information
