Management and User views
In order to maximise your efficiency in running your agency, there are two possible views
when you log on to Kestrel. The Manager view and the User view.
Manager view has a yellow top band
The manager view offers you total control of your Kestrel system, i.e. you can add branches, add users,
set up promotions, add travel clubs etc. Your agency details are also set up in the manager view. However, you
cannot modify enquiries whilst in the manager view.

User view has a blue top band
The user view will vary from user to user in two ways
- according to the enquiries being handled by that user
- according to the permissions granted to the user by the agency manager
