We recognise that 'one size does not fit all' and that flexibility combined with security is essential for travel agency managers.

Each agency is unique – containing one or more branches and staff with varying roles, skills and responsibilities. In Kestrel you can tailor to your own requirements each user’s permissions by using simple tick boxes. You can create branches as you wish and assign staff to branches.

Each user profile (e.g. branch manager, travel adviser, trainee) is quickly and easily set by you and determines their access to different parts of the system.

You can easily reassign users to other branches

Tip: With your users of the system you are also able to keep track of the number of enquiries each user is handing, which enables you to have a detailed overview of your agency’s activities.
